Please refer to all photos before purchasing.  These are handmade products and I put a lot of love into them.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me at tara@snowbugart.com and I will do my best to address your concerns. I will not cover shipping for returns (some exceptions may apply). 

I do accept commissions at my discretion. Please message me if you would like to have a custom item made. I would love to chat and see what I can do!  If your commission is accepted, a custom posting will be made according to the payment terms we discuss. 

Many items on my site are handmade and I put a lot of love into the things I make. I want to make affordable items for everyone!

-Earrings are often made with hypoallergenic materials, most often stainless steel. If the listing does not say "hypoallergenic" then the earrings may not be good for sensitive ears.

-My jewelry is meant to be adorable and affordable! This means that, unless specified, jewelry is not made with real gold, silver, or diamonds. 

-Handmade items are made in limited quantities by me. This means there may only be one available. If you really liked an item that sold out, reach out to me! I may be able to make more.

-Please refer to all photos before purchasing a product.

-Crochet items are listed "as is" and what you see is what you get.

-Crochet bags may have small flaws or knots inside where I secure the tie in yarn. Do not remove these knots as they are there as additional protection to keep your crochet item perfect and sturdy to hold your items!  I recommend to hand wash only if needed!

-If purchasing a crochet bag, do not overload the bag with excessively heavy items as you may risk breaking the yarn.

Are you an artist and interest in having some items featured in my shop as a guest, please contact me! I will purchase items directly from you to sell and then they will be sold at a markup in my store. You can dictate the pricing your items are sold as. Please keep in mind I do need to make a profit on your items to pay for the cost of the webpage.
